Registrations & Cancellations

  • General registration opens June 26.
  • Early bird registration ends Aug. 11.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Guests are welcome to attend and experience the weekend’s festivities. Please make sure they are fully registered for the weekend.

Weekend Packages

Full Weekend Package: $225 (early bird); $250 (regular price)

A discounted price is available for W&M staff, W&M Young Guarde (alumni in the class years of 2016-2025) and current W&M students. The W&M Staff/Young Guarde/Student Full Weekend Package is $125 (early bird); $150 (regular price).

Kidsburg at Veterans Park

This 30,000-square-foot lighted playground features separate play areas for ages 2-5 and 5-12, a ship replica, swing areas and zip lines.

Playzone at The WISC (Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex)

The Playzone features a multi-level indoor playground with slides, crawl tunnels and a toddler area. Non-member pricing is available.

This cafe provides an indoor play space for families, offering a safe and fun environment for children.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg

This theme park offers kid-friendly rides, shows and attractions. Children ages 3-5 can enjoy free admission with a Preschool Pass.

William & Mary does not have a preferred transportation partner, but below are several options for travel when in town.

Either app can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play.

Bus Transportation

William & Mary has an ongoing contract with Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) to provide bus services for William & Mary students, faculty and staff.

The campus bus system is designated the Green Line. It provides a bus dedicated to daily transportation throughout campus seven days a week. The Green Line also provides a connection with other lines (Red, Blue and Trolley) in the greater Williamsburg area through buses on a circuit loop, every 30 minutes.

Parking & Directions

Parking

There will be limited 15-minute temporary and handicapped parking near the Alumni House on Friday to accommodate check-in. Additional information on parking for each event will be provided to registrants in their check-in information.

Directions

By Train

Amtrak serves the Williamsburg Transportation Center with a connecting train from Washington, D.C.

By Plane

Norfolk, Newport News/Williamsburg and Richmond International Airports are all close to campus.

By Car

From the Richmond Airport and points west:

  1. Interstate 64 East
  2. Exit 234 to the right (199 East)
  3. Travel 8 miles, then turn left down Jamestown Road

From the Norfolk Airport and points east:

  1. Interstate 64 West
  2. Exit 242-A (199 West)
  3. Travel 5.2 miles, then turn right down Jamestown Road
