Start your Saturday with a moment of calm and care before the day’s events begin with Yoga for Self-Care. Utilize the 8 limbs of yoga to allow the body, mind and spirit to find inner peace. The class will include deep relaxation to enhance your sleep patterns as well as pranayama, asana and mindfulness practices.
