Massey on the Move | At Women's Weekend

Saturday, September 13, 2025 | 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Alumni House, Circle Drive

The Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Office of Community Outreach & Engagement team will be on-site with their Massey On the Move educational mobile unit, where you can learn more about cancer prevention, education, and how to connect with screening services. The “Massey on the Move” vans offer an entry point for community members to connect with Massey’s COE initiatives and partners to activate healthy lifestyle behaviors and risk-reducing practices, prevention educational sessions like “We CAN Quit,” Massey’s free tobacco cessation program that connects people with trained tobacco treatment specialists (TTS) and resources to help them stop using tobacco, the “We Can Eat Well” program for nutrition education, and “We Can Take Action” empowerment education conversations to address health literacy gaps, cancer prevention and early detection. Stop by the Alumni House circle drive to learn more. Massey on the Move is brought to you by Women's Weekend, but is open to all of the campus community.
